experiencing the book

In 1995 I participated in the Essence training, an ofspring of the I am training. Reading the "I am complete book", the first thing I noticed was the return of many notions that had dissapeared to the background. The book is a very clear representation of what the training is about, although the processes are not described. This makes the book even usefull for people who may want to take the training later on. For those who have taken the training, this book may very well bring new insights in oneselve that come from different origin then the ones that appeared during their training. For me it did and still does. I can say this book has brought me more insight in myself even five years after I did the training, simply other aspects are important to me now that did not get my attention then. A good book, I recommend it to anyone who wishes to improve on the way they live their live.
